Close this case

I have just noticed that there is now an option to close a seller support case by clicking on a close this case button.

Has this always been there or is in new?

I have just used it because I got so fed up going around and around in circles on one issue and decided it would be easier to start again.

Once you press the button it changes it to answered case. Answered? laughable.
