Hi @Seller_MPh3N4epTz2jt,
in this thread, other sellers were mentioning problems with shipments to the FC as well. However, for you, it seems to be specific to one ASIN? Are you getting this error message also when excluding this product?
By the way, please be aware that in Germany, due to historical context, the abbreviation for seller support is SPS. I have edited your original post accordingly.
