Constant FBA Discrepancies
Hello!
I wonder if anyone else has experienced a great increase with the FBA Inbound experience? Be it either "Less units shipped" or "More units shipped" I am talking about..8 out of 10 shipments that will have some discrepancies which Amazon cannot find and count, thus us having to open cases, after which they either find them, or reimburse us.
It's becoming more and more of an issue, to the point where we start gathering proof that we shipped the items as we ship them, just to get ahead of the issue.

I'm Angie, part of the UK forum community. It's a pleasure to greet you.
When you send inventory to Amazon, please make sure to follow the guidance that can be found in the help pages:
Create shipments with Send to Amazon
Also, I would like to invite other tenure sellers to share your best practices and/or tips on how to avoid having this kind of situations to help a colleague out.

Hi!
Yes, I also have the same problem. Around one year ago 60% of shipments encountered discrepancies and now its around 90%.
We have thorough procedures which we follow to ensure correct quantities are sent. We also take photos of all labelled units both before and after being placed in the shipping box. I personally seal the box and the shipment stays with me until it is collected by UPS. Every time there are discrepancies I go straight to these photos, so I can be 100% sure that we are not at fault.
I have recently noticed that in general units are being checked in correctly and its only after FBA transfers that the figures change. I have taken screenshots of before and after transfers and I have sent these to Amazon several times, I have another case open with them right now, but they will not investigate the underlying issue to stop this from happening in the first place. They will only investigate the individual shipment that encounters the problem. Frustrating!
