I have shipped 3 boxes exactly the same amount of items and weight; it keeps giving me this message:
[Carrier: Amazon-Partnered Carrier ] Amazon-Partnered Carrier is unavailable because the box weights or dimensions for one or more of your shipments are not within the allowable range for Amazon partnered carriers
No fulfilment centres are currently available to receive the total quantity of dangerous goods units in this shipment. Please return to Step 1 and try again.
This is very frustrating as I have already packed and out labels on about 500 pieces and now I can't print the shipping labels because of these errors.

how big is the box?
and are the goods dangerous (hazmat)?

I ve exactly the same problem. The product is a Dangerous Good and i am trying to send only 12 units and getting the same result. I get same error everytime even if i try to send with non partnered carrier.
Created many cases but always got same bot reply from amazon saying
-Lower the quatity
-Delete the sku , make new shipment.
etc.
None of those worked and the products are just waiting to be send...

It's been going on for us for 2-3 weeks on Hazmat SKUs. It's always same DC that's causing issues - EUK5, Peterborough.
We managed to somehow land with different DC amongst 50 various tries and it worked fine.
Clearly there is an issue with EUK5, Peterborough for Hazmat so not sure why Amazon is keep allocating it.
Same issue was happening last year with another Hazmat DC.

I am facing the same issue with one SKU, its all boxed up with labels, but cannot complete shipment plan with same reasons given as you. Tried so many times no change.
