Trying to reactivate account so I can close account Amazon team not responding

I’ve got 2 seller accounts, both are deactivated. I am trying to reactivate both so I can delete one and begin using the other. As Amazon has suspended both accounts. I have made various written submissions to the Amazon team but have not received any correspondence. Would anybody from the Amazon team be able to help me reactivate my accounts? Many thanks
