Auto Refunding A-Z claims that have been proven delivered correctly

2 A-Z claims that were auto refunded by Amazon. Both have verification in messages that they were deliered correctly but something happened to them after delivery! I would like my money back. They are auto refunding withing 20 minutes of the claims coming thru then I have to fight the case! I need help please.

Doesn't matter. This is Amazon. Scammer haven. Lots of buyers come here to have free products delivered to them. Nothing you can do about it.
Use Amazon buy shipping, make sure it is IN THE HANDS of the shipper by the ship-by date and you will be protected when someone claims INR. You then TELL them to please open an A-Z claim. Otherwise, you are on the hook, always and forever. Denying a refund will end up getting your account suspended
Your options:
1. Amazon seller university, every single video. 1-2 hours per week in the forum, reading.
2. Account permanently suspended.
Funds in account confiscated but fees charged for months after.
FBA products may be destroyed, at the very least you pay a ton of storage fees.

You can file a police report in the customer's jurisdiction and they will initiate an investigation into a theft charge. I've done that to every single one of mine, and few were arrested and charge for theft, right after Amazon issued a refund. I don't waste my time to play non-sense games, use the legal methods available to you. My items can very easily go over $2-3K and more in 1 purchase, so they usually take that seriously.
