Virtual Assistant Set Up Help

Hi,

I’ve taken on a virtual assistant to help with the workload, however I can’t grant her the correct permissions to access the inventory.

I’ve added her email as a user and I’m now trying to add the right permissions, however the system is asking for an ID check, we are in the UK, she is in India and doesn’t have a passport.

Any ideas?

All VAs require an ID check - for obvious reasons

I believe she should have the option of a national ID card or driving licence instead

Just ask her if she’s connected to any other amazon accounts too

As per above, there is generally some flexibility on the type of ID that can be used.
