Vat rejected after verified

Hi

1 week ago I put our VAT number and which was verified by amazon and today I saw it saying rejected and contacted to help line and they told me the legal amazon business name is different in letter.

But on letter we have both name my personal name and our brand registered name which is ( Panther surgical)
on amazon legal business name is ( Panther Surgical) but on vat letter its my personal name along with our business name

So on vat letter have both name my personal name and our business legal name.

Help line provided me email to send to fix this issue do you know will it be fixed and how long it will take or I have to change the legal business name on vat or amazon, It should not be as I think on vat letter its showing both name legal amazon business name and my personal name as I am self employed
