Shipments delivered to UK FBA, but not checked-in for more than 1 week
Hi,
Some shipments have been checked in, but others got stuck for more than 1 week.
It is normal in the UK to have such delays?

In short YES, you may experience delays within some fulfilment centres and there is not much you can do about it unfortunately as seller support will not be able to speed up the process.
You shipment should be checked in by the date on the contents tab > then it will show "This shipment will become eligible for investigation..."
It is a good sign that the product has been delivered at least but you just have to be patient with the checking in process. Amazon say it will only take up to 4 days for small shipments to be checked in however we have found sometimes this can take longer.
