Business reports & Sales total doubling $ amounts FBM
anyone else having business reports doubling the total amount of money ordered? Happening for a few days now. Showing incorrectly. For example, a $10 item sold would show $20 on business reports and daily total amount.

You're not alone! Several sellers have reported similar issues with business reports incorrectly doubling sales figures. It might be a temporary glitch in Amazon’s reporting system. Try these steps to verify your actual sales:
1️⃣ Check the “Payments” section in Seller Central to confirm the correct amount received.
2️⃣ Compare with Order Reports (Download Order Reports from “Reports” > “Fulfilled Orders”).
3️⃣ Clear cache & try different browsers (sometimes display errors occur).
4️⃣ Contact Amazon Seller Support – If the issue persists, open a case with Seller Support to report the discrepancy.

Our partner teams are aware of this issue and are working now on a fix. A banner has been posted to the Sales Dashboard and may be added to additional areas of Seller Central:
"Business Reports is experiencing some data discrepancies. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our teams are troubleshooting this and we expect this to be resolved within 24 hours."
