My shipment is delivered on 29 July, and i have the proof of delivered document (issued by amazon)
I opened a case, and asking help, the customer service said that this document is not satisfy all requirements, and require me open a new case.
What i can do, as the same thing happened on Feb, and amazon just said they haven't received the product and refused reimbursement.
Now it happen again, what i can do???????
