Customer has returned an item that is different to what is shipped FBA
Hi all,
I sell a certain brand and model of hard drive, customer has returned a different hard drive.
It's just come back to me from the fulfilment centre.
Is there anything i can do?

Raise a case with Seller Support with evidence of what was returned and what it should have been and ask for reimbursement.
You must quote the LPN reference.
Sometimes it's straightforward, sometimes you have to push and push.
