Read onlyHello I am having a nightmare, I have accidentally selected a deposit bank account I do not recognise - possibly fraudulent - don't know. But I can't re add the correct bank account without filling in the missing 4 digits from the account I don't recognize. The support tick I raised doesn't seem to be going anywhere . Can anyone assist in what to do? I am an individual trader with an existing inventory set up. I really need the current bank details to be deleted.
Change your password and set up 2FA for a start. Then block disbursements until you can get the matter resolved.
Amazon don't add random bank accounts to sellers accounts so its come from someone with access to your account.
