How to remove inventory FBM?

Hi forum helpers,

I am currently going through our inventory, we have a few that we decided to stop selling a while ago, I am trying to completely remove them from the inventory list and ive closed them and ive clicked on delete product and listing and it does not delete at all, I have lots of listings that have closed in brackets, how do I remove them completely please?

Second question, I have had an ongoing dispute with listing that has affected our health for months, a bit of background, we listed a product that we bought direct from the brand, then the brand decided to then list the same item and undercut us, we disputed this with the company years ago and then decided we no longer would sell their products anymore as we could not compete (no problem we all move on) anyway the listing lay dormant for around 2 years, we have not listed or gone back to this particular product since. I contacted the supplier/manufacture due to them reported us for violation for listing under their brand, they said they didnt report us at all, I then disputed this and tried to remove the violation the listing has been dormant for a couple of years so god know what has happened. How long do I have to wait for the violation to be removed? Thanks
