I am the brand owner and need to authorize the sale of rights to the European Merchant Token under the same North American sale account. I need to file an appeal, but after submitting the appeal, I was informed that it would automatically update to a resolved case after 15 days. However, I still cannot authorize the sale of rights to my European site normally.

My name is Dougal from the Community manager Team and if you provide the appeal case ID, I would be happy to take a look.
I do think I found the correct case of the issue you are describing here and it states that you will be responded to in 15 days, but it has only been 10. Currently that appeal is still in progress.
If you provide your appeal case ID, I can validate that what I found is the same. If it isn't then I can review the case you provide.
