In November, we listed three products in the pet shampoo category, and everything was running smoothly. However, a few weeks ago, we noticed that the listings for these products were no longer editable and began requiring approval. The issue is that we are unable to request approval for these products anymore.
Support has informed us that there’s no way to request approval because our previous attempt was denied. However, we never received any notification about this denial—there’s nothing in our Account Health dashboard or Performance Notifications.
At this point, we’ve been given no other solution except to stop selling these three products on Amazon. Has anyone experienced a similar situation?

We've seen this a lot in the America Region (Us, CA, MX & BR), and I believe support is not giving you the correct answer, although I guess the "no way to request approval" is correct.
