SKU question
How do I go about sku-ing the items I intend to sell on Amazon? Do I search them on Amazon and use the sku that is already listed or do I create my own? How does Amazon know the items are mine? Do I need to place my seller account info somewhere on the products?
Furthermore, how go I add products to my store?

The answers to all is "it depends."
It depends on SO MANY things that no one reading the question(s) could possibly know.
Based on that laundry list you need to start by studying Seller U for the next MONTH and many of those questions will be answered.
Amazon is pretty much the ultimate test of self reliance and self learning.
It is NOT a friendly, 'warm fuzzy' place for newbies and people who have little or no experience selling on the internet.
If you have watched ANY YouTube or TikTok videos telling you how "easy" it is FORGET everything you saw there.

Your question shows that you are nowhere near ready to start selling.
I echo the advice above -- study Seller University, read the forums, forget anything you may have "learned" on tiktok or you-tube
SKU stands for Stock Keeping Unit and is a number you make up. You should be using that number to your advantage.
You should also be storing all information on your computer. All information regarding purchasing, expenses, inventory, income. Don't depend upon a disinterested third party to keep records for you.
