Read onlyany email address for amazon support as we sell an item which the vendor supplies us valid QR transparency codes. we manually add them for each order. never had an issue but all of a sudden the codes are being rejected by Amazon weeks after dispatch of the order. had a few warnings already. have pulled the product. vendor insists codes are still valid. have tried replacing the codes for new ones that doesn't make amazon happy either but nothing wrong with the originals as the stock and codes come direct from vendor issuing them.
what do we do? what support email address can i contact as the email from the transparency team is no reply email address.
Pretty sure its the Brand registry lot that deal with it all, have you tried going through the brand registry portal?
