Read onlyHello,
I am looking for some advice and guidance with correct actions to solve my issue with FBA returns from clients.
So, basically I have 17 FBA orders, in which cases client haven't returned item back to Amazon fulfillment centre. Amazon issued full refund for all these orders, but I as a seller don't have those items back in FC. I can't even re-sell them as I don't have the items.
I just want to understand, how to deal with such situation? Can someone share the knowledge in this matter?
As I understand there is "Reimbursement" option, but how can I proceed with it? And how much Amazon compensate if client doesn't return the item back to FC?
That "Reimbursement" process as well is ridiculous, just because we sent our items to FBA in sellable condition, wasted our time, resources and then once they are in FBA, Amazon just doesn't care. I pretty sure "Reimbursement" is not easy and same in the same way - I need to waste my time to claim all not returned items.
Am I only one, who is having such a issues?
Will be waiting for your reply, adivce!
Hello @Seller_IWghx4RYA56vi,
to go for the "Reimbursement" option as per FBA customer returns reimbursement policy, you can submit a claim via the FBA customer return claims page at the bottom.
Before you sent the claim, please make sure to watch this short Seller University Video about FBA Customer Returns and Refunds, as the policy and claim requirements are explained there.
I hope this helps!
Best Regards,
Emma
