Saying I am out of budget, but I am not???
Seller Central shows that our account is active and healthy, yet Campaign Manager is saying that we are out of budget? We are at like 20% of our daily budget so we are definitely not over budget. I have to say that we have been extremely frustrated with Amazon, Amazon support, and their systems.

It sounds like you’re looking at your campaign’s daily budget when you notice only 20% has been spent. Are your campaigns assigned to any portfolios? Portfolio budgets can limit total spend (even if individual campaigns have budget left) if the portfolio’s budget is set lower than the combined campaign budgets.
If that’s not the issue, double-check for budget rules (like schedule- or performance-based rules), as those can restrict spend as well.
