Amazon FBM Seller Question: How to Handle a Buyer Claiming Item Not Received When Tracking Shows Delivered?

Hi everyone,

I’m dealing with a situation where a buyer is claiming they didn’t receive their item, but the tracking shows it was delivered. I’ve already messaged the buyer with the tracking details, but I’m worried they might escalate this to an A-to-Z claim. The postage was purchased through Amazon, but I’m not sure how to access a report to show all the details.

Has anyone had a similar experience, and what steps did you take to handle this? How do I make sure I have all the necessary documentation to protect myself if the buyer opens an A-to-Z claim?
