This is the message I have received.

I have been a seller for nearly 7 years; I have been trying to upload my documents to my account but there was a technical problem and I had no option to do so.

I have contacted numerous operators and they said if my information is correct its fine and I dont have to do anything.

In the mean time I uploaded info to verify my bank details and its still in verification yet they decided to suspend my account.

I am going onto seller central help / using the only option I have the appeal process and I have explained everything. Asked them what information they need from me and where I send it and I get responses as such back - baring in mind this is after the suspension;

I am responding to your question regarding your seller account. I would like to assist you with your questions and help you to reactivate your account. You will need to submit the information requested on 9 January 2023.

In accordance with EU regulations, Amazon Payments Europe requires Sellers to provide information about themselves and their business so they can continue to sell on Amazon and receive the proceeds of their transactions on Amazon EU Marketplaces.

Did you provide the proper documents requested by the team ?

Did you make sure that the name and address on the document match the information entered in Seller Central ?

The bank statement should be dated within the last 180 days, signed or stamped by the bank.
Shows the bank name and logo.
Shows the account holder’s name, residential address, and bank account number.

The utility bill should be dated within the last 90 days for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service with name and address visible.

The documents must be legible, authentic, and unaltered. We do not accept screenshots.

Please note that the document must be in one of our supported languages. The supported languages are English, Chinese, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, French, Turkish, Polish, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Tamil, Vietnamese, Thai, and Japanese.

If the original document is not in a supported language, please provide a copy of both the original document and a certified translation.

is the bank account in the name of your Ltd company ?
and does the address on the bank statement that you uploaded match the address of the business registered on amazon ?

Hi All,

I have submitted all documents as requested from my side to completed the verification but still there is no reply. I am only getting system generated reply from them. I am not understanding what documents they needed from my side.

I am requesting Amazon Team to give me another chance for identity verification, as i am selling on Amazon UK from last 7 years and my 5000 units in FBA. It will be huge loss for me. I admitted my my typo error or human error was happen from side but reconsider my appeal and give me another chance to verification process.
