Read onlyHello,
I am facing a persistent issue with my **brand approval request for Elizabeth Arden** under **Case ID: 10863455822**. My application keeps getting rejected with the same response:
*"You have provided an invoice with 4 units. You must provide an invoice reflecting at least 10 units of Elizabeth Arden products."*
However, I have **already explained multiple times** that the product I purchased consists of **individual units**, but the supplier has **bundled them in packs of 3 for easier handling and shipping**. The invoice reflects **4 packs (4 x 3 = 12 units in total)**, which meets the requirement of purchasing at least **10 units**, yet my application continues to be rejected.
To clarify:
- The product is **normally sold as single units**, not as a pack of 3.
- The supplier packaged them this way for logistical reasons, but **each unit is individually boxed and meant to be sold separately**.
- I have provided a **valid invoice from an authorized distributor**.
- I have submitted **supporting documents**, including **product images, delivery confirmations, and invoice details**.
- Despite my efforts, my explanations are **being ignored, and I keep receiving the same automated rejection response**.
I cannot proceed with additional purchases without **securing brand approval first**, and this issue is causing unnecessary delays. I kindly ask for **a proper review of my case** instead of another automated response.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue? How did you resolve it? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
It might help and lend more clarity for easy reading it like a full proper sentence, if you were to remove those asterisk. I find it very difficult to understand when you cut off the sentence using asterisk but then it could be me.
Leaving this aside, have I got it right if you are saying that you are breaking a bundle and selling units inside it individually?
If that were the case, it is right for amazon to reject your application.
Also you may wish to check if selling them individually would have ingredients list and barcode on those individual units.
If you are doing all this accurately, you could reach out to the seller escalations teams for a resolution because seller support has clearly not worked on your case.
Asking for brand approval is one of their tricks to rush and shut down cases. But they would ask for approval if you are not selling it as a bundle as your distributor invoice may have been selling them to you as a bundle of 3 units.
