What documents should I submit to prove that I have never had a separate account?
Hello, on May 19th, I received an email stating that my account was discontinued due to being related with a account Fraparts. The account Fraparts was operated by me when I was employed in Fraparts company .
As the requests from the legal representative of the former company, coupled with my unfamiliarity with Amazon rules at the time, I was asked by the former company to provide credit cards and ID cards, which were used by the former company to register the account Fraparts.
Later the account Fraparts was suspended due to the payment account not being verified. Then I also left from that company. The former company was deregistered finally.
This year, I applied to register this account jiongjieparts with my own registered company and credit card. But now the account jiongjieparts which I registered myself has been discontinued due to its association with the account Fraparts registered by the previous company.
On June 30th, I made my first appeal and submitted: resignation certificate, previous company deregistration certificate, my current company’s business license, my current residential address’s electricity bill, my ID card, and action plan.
Soon, I received a response stating that the information provided was insufficient If I want to reactivate an account.I need to submit evidence to prove that I have never owned a separate account and evidence of third-party company authorization or unauthorized or account leakage.
May I ask, What documents should I submit to prove that I have never had a separate account?

Your credit card was on their account ?!
You’d need to provide your original employment contract and termination / p45 etc
Are you sure you were just an employee though ?
They are very similar names - were you actually a director / owner of both ?
