Add Compliance - keep getting same message.

I have submitted an EC Declaration of Conformity and product images showing CE marking and address.

I keep receiving the same message:

Please be informed that we are unable to move forward with the approval process until the following required documentation is provided:

(a) Genuine product images or its packaging showing:

(1) CE marking;

(2) The address where the brand can be contacted.

The required information can be printed or added as a sticker/label on the original package.

By providing all-edges, optimal-quality images of the product or its packaging, you ensure that all of the above requirements are met and reduce the possibility of delays in approval process.

I am unable to add them through Manage your compliance > Add compliance > Provide Documents as it is locked as 'Under Review'

So I have attached further images in reply through case log but they just keep replying with the exact same message.

Any one know how to move forward?
