Ship By. So what date was the order received?

If received on say on 24 April, then you could have shipped then and delivery on 27 April.

They allowed longer to ship, until 27th and then that allows to deliver by 29th.

You should alter your shipping settings to allow longer if you cannot deliver by 29 April.
