Your Amazon seller account is under review. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account. Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement can be found at https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/1791.
Why is this happening?
We have reviewed your account and would like to confirm your identity.
Is your account new?
Sometimes even if the account is not new, Amazon may periodically review accounts, especially when changing details such as bank accounts/company information etc.
Also I would suggest to check the notification is in fact Amazon by going to the Performance Notifications page on your account.
Amazon will release your funds once you follow their instructions about confirming your identity, usually through means of a passport/driving licence etc.
It is just to verify your identity should be easy if you are who you claim you are and have the appropriate photographic proof to confirm this, for example a passport.
You won't be required to perform any magic tricks or do a dance or anything like that!
Hey @Seller_VUcjClrPIVFRy and @Seller_76AUwmqvSyRIM , just wanted to say thanks for your input!
Usually, Seller Identity Verification is mainly for new sellers. Yet, there are times when Amazon manually activate it for existing sellers. It's all about maintaining that trust in Amazon marketplace.
For further details, @Seller_RA30Vs26YaNP9 you can find more info on the Global seller identity verification help page.
