Buyer returned different item. Filed claim with Safe-T but they denied due to no evidence - even after we supplied photographic evidence🤦‍♂️

Buyer returned completely random item [not our product] and was refunded in full through Automated returns.

we appealed via Safe-T providing photo of the competitors product which was returned to us in error, and also the shipping label on the package.

Safe-T denied and last worded out appeal reason "We requested additional information or evidence on 08/11/2024, but did not receive the requested details."

this is an untruth from Safe-T on both counts - they never requested anything from us on 08/11/2024.

and we had already supplied the evidence by way of the photos proving that someone elses product was returned to us. [we supplied the same photos again, but Safe-T persisted in ignoring the evidence that they requested]

why do we need to fight so hard to get our money back, when all we did was provide our usual high level of service and follow all of Amazons requirements to perfection?

surely Safe-T should not support the Buyer in what is either clumsy error or complete scam.

why punish hard working Sellers when we have done nothing wrong?
