Resolving an Issue Depends on Who You Get in Seller Support
I CANNOT stand when I contact seller support for the same issue but different ASIN and one says "no problem I have updated it" and the other says "no absolutely not, this is against policy the current information is correct" --- it is driving me crazy.
All I am asking is for an ASIN to be under the CORRECT product type and it is taking me forever to go through hundreds of products that are in the incorrect product type when I am the brand owner.

Please see case ID: ID 16723351691. I am now being shut out of ever fixing this ASIN. Therefore I will never be able to upload the correct detail information to increase sales.
ASIN: B08LYKYLDK is displaying the incorrect product type.
The correct product type for this ASIN is [sportinggoods].

It would be nice to go back 15 years when Amazon used to not constantly destroy listings and it only took under 10 contacts for a resolution.

It is truly hopeless dealing with seller support. I feel your pain. We are having ongoing issues for months now.
The words seller + support used together form an oxymoron.
