I'm getting nowhere with Seller Support (Live Chat & Phone), made a ticket asking for escalation, E-Mailed CEO's office and got a pretty rude reply, I'm at a total loss as to what to do. I have lost the buy box for ALL of my key products and best sellers, I am the brand owner, I am the only offer.
I am stunned at how little support there is from Amazon, I knew it was bad but I had no idea it was THIS BAD. Absolutely no transparency what-so-ever, nothing on performance notifications, account health is perfect, no violations, I am enrolled on the new Account Health Assurance scheme (which gave me peace of mind for all of 3 days).
With the CEO's office giving me the cold shoulder, seller support sending me links to 'Seller University', spending in excess of 10 hours trying almost everything on my account blindly, I'm at a complete loss sitting here with next to no sales. So my last resort is this... a mega thread... I'm hoping with enough people complaining about the issue, Amazon MAY acknowledge this problem as a bug/glitch before I have to file for bankruptcy (no exaggeration) and when they do, I also expect no apology or compensation.

This is the third time this has happened with the same ASIN B071WJ74F4, After conducting research, I found that competitors are using automated bots to report fake low prices in the feedback section. This appears to trigger Amazon’s algorithm, causing the affected ASIN’s Competitive External Price to drop by £10 to £15 lower than the actual selling price, which leads to the loss of the Buy Box.
Steve Pop has discussed this issue in detail, and you can view his video on YouTube titled "[UnSolved] Why Buy Box Lost Due to Offsite Amazon FBA Price". This is a serious loophole in Amazon's backend system, which needs to be addressed urgently. If not fixed, this issue could severely harm sellers, as competitors are using this black-hat method to cripple their main rivals.

It has been more than 3 weeks now and we still don't have our buy box back. Even though I have sought team intervention many times, there has been no effective solution.
As of 9.29, we still don't have our buy box back, we have thousands of SKUs, all of which have lost featured offers. Even though it briefly restored the 4-day shopping cart last week, it triggered the loss of the entire store's shopping cart from the 28th.
This problem has lasted for more than 3 weeks and we are in serious trouble. The upcoming Halloween products cannot be sold, which has caused us great distress and pressure.
The shopping cart has been lost 4 times this quarter, and the recovery period is getting longer and longer. The longest time was 11 days. I feel very frustrated.
All ASINs in our store are affected, I share some of these ASINs again, please help me submit an investigation.

It has been more than 3 weeks now and we still don't have our buy box back. Even though I have sought team intervention many times, there has been no effective solution.
As of 9.29, we still don't have our buy box back, we have thousands of SKUs, all of which have lost featured offers. Even though it briefly restored the 4-day shopping cart last week, it triggered the loss of the entire store's shopping cart from the 28th.
This problem has lasted for more than 3 weeks and we are in serious trouble. The upcoming Halloween products cannot be sold, which has caused us great distress and pressure.
The shopping cart has been lost 4 times this quarter, and the recovery period is getting longer and longer. The longest time was 11 days. I feel very frustrated.
All ASINs in our store are affected, I share some of these ASINs again, please help me submit an investigation.
