Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD

I'm getting nowhere with Seller Support (Live Chat & Phone), made a ticket asking for escalation, E-Mailed CEO's office and got a pretty rude reply, I'm at a total loss as to what to do. I have lost the buy box for ALL of my key products and best sellers, I am the brand owner, I am the only offer.

I am stunned at how little support there is from Amazon, I knew it was bad but I had no idea it was THIS BAD. Absolutely no transparency what-so-ever, nothing on performance notifications, account health is perfect, no violations, I am enrolled on the new Account Health Assurance scheme (which gave me peace of mind for all of 3 days).

With the CEO's office giving me the cold shoulder, seller support sending me links to 'Seller University', spending in excess of 10 hours trying almost everything on my account blindly, I'm at a complete loss sitting here with next to no sales. So my last resort is this... a mega thread... I'm hoping with enough people complaining about the issue, Amazon MAY acknowledge this problem as a bug/glitch before I have to file for bankruptcy (no exaggeration) and when they do, I also expect no apology or compensation.

In relation to your featured offer issue I can confirm this has been reviewed by our technical team who confirmed the fix as the override has been granted,

All your listings should be now eligible for the featured offer / buy box privileges,

I would recommend anyone who sees this please email CEO's office managingdirector @ amazon (.co.uk) for a quicker resolution until there's a permanent fix in place!

we are experiencing a very similar issue in Germany on our account (which is also our main market place) where SeSu has not been able to help us and we just received the generic responses. We have over a 1000 ASINs and none of them seem to be eligible for the BB. Winning is another story but not even being able to compete seems to be a technical issue. Can you help? My issue still hasn’t been resolved. I am a new seller account on Amazon in Germany and we having same issue like other people.. I had featured offer on all my listings and they were selling OK. Am now reaching out in desperation to you as I am getting no help with seller support.

The past 5 days I have lost my featured offers eligibility on all of my active asins. I have gone down to 1 sale since then and am desperate to get this sorted.

The majority of my asins I am the only seller. The sellers that are getting the featured offers are mainly new sellers with no feedback and are not even prime eligible.

This seems so unfair especially when seller support say it is a fair process for all sellers which it clearly is not.

Seller support constantly gives a generic reply stating what makes factors influence the featured offer and I meet all of these so nothing makes sense

My account health is excellent standing and I am now at my wits end trying to sort this.

I appreciate that you must be so snowed under but I would really appreciate it if you could get this looked into. I have asked seller support to escalate the issue but nothing is being done.

Hello Spencer I'm unsure if you've seen my previous message but I am now desperate for a resolution to this issue.

I have been selling since 2019 and have built the store up to where it is , I've never had such problems.

It has been nearly 4 weeks and i am close to going bankrupt, unable to pay staff and suppliers it is extremely worrying.

I have been selling since 2019 and have built the store up to where it is , I've never had such problems.

It has been nearly 4 weeks and i am close to going bankrupt, unable to pay staff and suppliers it is extremely worrying.
