Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD
I'm getting nowhere with Seller Support (Live Chat & Phone), made a ticket asking for escalation, E-Mailed CEO's office and got a pretty rude reply, I'm at a total loss as to what to do. I have lost the buy box for ALL of my key products and best sellers, I am the brand owner, I am the only offer.
I am stunned at how little support there is from Amazon, I knew it was bad but I had no idea it was THIS BAD. Absolutely no transparency what-so-ever, nothing on performance notifications, account health is perfect, no violations, I am enrolled on the new Account Health Assurance scheme (which gave me peace of mind for all of 3 days).
With the CEO's office giving me the cold shoulder, seller support sending me links to 'Seller University', spending in excess of 10 hours trying almost everything on my account blindly, I'm at a complete loss sitting here with next to no sales. So my last resort is this... a mega thread... I'm hoping with enough people complaining about the issue, Amazon MAY acknowledge this problem as a bug/glitch before I have to file for bankruptcy (no exaggeration) and when they do, I also expect no apology or compensation.

In relation to your featured offer issue I can confirm this has been reviewed by our technical team who confirmed the fix as the override has been granted,
All your listings should be now eligible for the featured offer / buy box privileges,
I would recommend anyone who sees this please email CEO's office managingdirector @ amazon (.co.uk) for a quicker resolution until there's a permanent fix in place!

I am posting here to express my concern regarding no longer being eligible for the buybox or the featured offer in Amazon UK. Since 15th May 2025, I have experienced a sudden drop in sales, none at all. I find this very odd given that at this period of time in my amazon selling career, I have not had as much inventory as I have now - this month I have scaled to a larger inventory than ever.
After experiencing no sales for a few days, I decided to lower the price to a price which is much lower than the buy box price and still to no avail, I am not getting the buy box. I am an FBA seller with a good amount of stock on each of my ASINs, been selling on Amazon since October 2024 and have some reviews, so I am sure this is some sort of glitch in my account which has suddenly caused my account to no longer to be eligible for the buybox.
Furthermore, in the amazon seller app, after visiting my inventory and going down the list by product, it says I am not eligible for the buybox for every single product I stock in my store which is very concerning and causing me to be in a state of panic. I enjoy selling on amazon and would like to continue but if this glitch does not disappear or get resolved, it would be incredibly devastating for me financially trying to sell through all this stock. All of our ASINs have lost their Buy Box offers since May 14, 2025. We use FBA for all our listings, and the last pricing update was made last year; no pricing changes have been made since then. There are no performance notifications or Account Health issues on our account. The Buy Box offers disappeared suddenly. so frustrated with this issue. I have only figured out today after 8 days of no sales whatsoever that o have lost the featured offer on over 90% of my items. I know we have been asked to share ASINS but I have over 150 that I will need to list. Has anyone just listed a few but asked them to look at the whole account and had it resolved?
