Why I cannot change the update product photos?
I’m a new seller, Amazon have deteched me have an ASIN before, but it is in old packaging box, hence i want to change the new packaging box photos and add more new photos as well, however, Amazon refuse me to do that… I already uploaded those photos but they rejected, want to ask if any methods to let me update the latest photos on it ? Thanks.

That looks like the images you are trying to change to don’t necessarily meet the image guidelines
The old ones do instead
Unfortunately it’s notoriously hard to change images - especially something that has been in the catalogue a while and you being a new seller
