safe t claim limit exceeded in my account plz help

Why the following message is showing when filing for Safe-T claim? There was no problem till yesterday regarding this. Also we ship through easy-ship.

“This order is not eligible for SAFE-T claim. Only Easy Ship, Seller Flex, Self-ship (under INR 25,000) and Amazon Fresh orders are eligible for SAFE-T claims. Please refer to Amazon SAFE-T Claim Policy for more details.”
