Safe T Denial
I would be very interested to get some feedback from an Admin and the wider population as to why Amazon constantly let customers do things against policy/or are plainly taking products and then denying it?
A recent example would be we sent out some expensive Nike trainers to a client, who instead using our box and our internal packaging returned a pair of old, worn puma shoes.
Surprise Surprise, Amazon grants full refund and refuses Safe T claim, WHY?
Customer gets rid of old pair of shoes and takes brand new Nike away, customer satisfaction at its very best, as a very considerate seller it is very frustrating to be treated this was.

If seller believes that the customer is abusing Amazon's return policy, it should be reported through the "An Abuse issue that is not addressed by the other topics in this menu" via Report abuse.
