Refund not working

The refund process lets you see it needs to be initiated and then it will log you out and then say 'There was a problem loading the content. Please try again later'.

Please fix this issue as soon as possible so we can refund our customers.

This really isn't the right place to sort the issue out. You need to open a case with Seller Support (Help).
