Tracking snafu on buy shipping services

Most of the labels I printed with buy shipping services this week have serious problems with the tracking. Some say that the package was delivered 2 weeks ago. Some say that the package was delivered in Florida, while the customer is in Washington state. I'm getting tons of emails from customers asking what happened. I haven't seen anything in the forums about this. I'm in Florida, and another vendor in Florida has the same problem. Is anyone else experiencing this?
