On the face of it, this question appears to make no sense. Could you explain why you’re asking it?

Is that US Customs and Border Protection? And are they asking for Amazon’s ID or yours? Any tax or other ID details need to be yours, not Amazon’s, as you are the buyer of whatever it is you’ve ordered

Hello All.
The request came from my supplier “Any news on the Tax ID# or CBP ID# from Amazon for this shipment yet?..” they claim to need it to import the goods.

Yes of course I am VAT registered.
My supplier is based in USA, however the goods are made in Chania (of course).
So basically they wrote “From my understanding If I am shipping direct to an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, then I need to obtain the CBP ID corresponds to the delivery address.”
Is that not the case?
Please advice.

Well the supplier does not send it to me - he send it directly to Amazon FBA.
