Hello, I urgently need help from a moderator to review my Amazon seller account, it was deactivated a few months ago and I sent several appeals to reinstate it and one of them I received an email saying that the account had been recovered and that the funds would be released.

However, even after that the account remained deactivated for all this time, I waited the necessary days to ask for the balances to be released at least, but it was still denied.

I ask that you review the information and at least reconsider releasing the funds from the account, it is frustrating to receive news that your account would return and simply not receive anything from support.
