Hello,I received an email from csm-brand-review on 18/04/25.

They asked me for invoices of 1 ASIN (on my inventory)showing the sales amount for the last 365 days. (even more) I have sent the requested invoices to csm-brand-review but I keep getting rejection emails.The answer is 'We cannot accept this invoice, because the invoice was not validated’

I also had an "inauthenticity complaint" for a different ASIN of the same brand and I provided invoices from the same supplier and they were accepted and the Policy Violation was removed.

I purchase my products from authorised suppliers and do not know what else to do to fix this problem. All of my listings of this Brand have been inactivated.

We've been experiencing an ongoing issue where failed collections by DPD or Evri negatively impact our SFP delivery metrics. When a collection is missed, our "Next Day Delivery" option automatically changes to a two-day delivery estimate on our product listings. This has a direct effect on our sales, often reducing them by more than half.

Last week, Evri did collect the parcels on time, but they weren’t scanned until the following day. As a result, we received a defect even though we dispatched the items as scheduled. Unfortunately, we’re being penalised for something outside of our control—the courier’s delay in scanning.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues? If so, I’d really appreciate any advice on how to resolve or escalate this. We always have our parcels ready for collection on time, but we're still being penalised when the courier fails to collect or scan on schedule.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What should I do if my customer's delivery address is wrong and I don't get a message back when I send an email?

Hi All,

Been a while since I used Amazon.

So we have been selling a Pregnancy Test by Clear Response for about 3 years.

At Random Amazon “Auto Review” said it is randomly checking if genuine.

I’ve only sold 4 Units in the past 2 years with 0 complaints Voice of Customer shows an excellent score.

I have sent the invoice directly from the Manufacturer who is the Brand Owner that shows I purchased 48 units 5 months ago.

The invoice is in my name and matches my Amazon Seller Account Details.

I have permission from them and a very good relationship with them to sell so was thinking of getting a Letter of Authority for them.

I also attached 2 proof of payments, might be able to dig out proof of delivery but it was a pallet.

I also sent them the order confirmation and a screenshot and link to the website where it was purchased from.

But seems to be this new email “auto-review@amazon.com” that has automatically deactivated our selling account is not checking the invoice!

How do I appeal as the instructions it gives aka sending a valid invoice does not work.
