Sweden support is not working normally as they should. I am brand owner, and unfortunately a lot of my items has been added by amazon system to amazon retail listing. And to this moment some sizes of my items are at amazon retail listing, and some sizes at mine. This is not ok for me, because customers need to see all variations at one listing. Im writing about this to support and asking them to disconnect my items from retail, because only support can do it. They are answering to me standard copy paste answers that they can not do it.
I had similar problems at all marketplaces, and they are disconnecting items from retail after one message , here I need to write 10 messages to support and they are not listening to me.
Im really tired Im paying money for fba, for advertising and no sellings because some sizes are at retail listing and some at mine. As a brand owner I have all right to sell my items at my listing!!!! Im asking someone to see this message and help me. I can give all cases numbers and you will be in shock homy many they are. and nobody is not helping.
