Starting May 29, 2025, we’ll begin to migrate all product and food safety compliance requirements from the Manage Your Compliance dashboard to the Policy Compliance page within the Account Health dashboard.

The updated Account Health dashboard streamlines compliance management; you can monitor policy violations, submit documents, file appeals, and coordinate with Testing, Inspection and Certification providers for product verification, all in one place.

During the migration period, you must check both dashboards to view all of your violations. We'll guide you through this process with instructions on updated help pages and video tutorials when the migration starts.

The migration is expected to be complete in July, and we’ll notify you once all compliance violations are consolidated into the Account Health dashboard.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to simplify compliance management on Seller Central.

To learn more, register for our May 27 webinar and Q&A session: How to utilize the Account Health Dashboard (AHD) to view product and food safety requirements.

Acount Deactivation - misbranded items.
by Seller_Qs6qcBXzmZQM0

Dear Amazon Team,

We are reaching out for guidance regarding our products that were mistakenly misbranded, which led to the suspension of our Amazon seller account. We acknowledge that the responsibility for this situation ultimately falls on us, and we are committed to taking all necessary steps to resolve the issue and ensure full compliance with Amazon’s policies.

To make matters more challenging, Amazon keeps on rejecting our invoices and letter of authorization from our supplier. However, we take full ownership of our mistakes and have taken decisive actions to correct them.

Actions We Have Taken:

I have provided all available and verifiable documentation, including invoices and authorization letters, to confirm the authenticity of the products and the legitimacy of my supply chain.

I have submitted a detailed mitigation plan outlining the steps I will take to ensure all product information is accurate. This includes a thorough review of all ASINs in my store to correct any errors and implement stricter quality control measures for product listings.

I am committed to updating the affected ASINs with the correct brand information as soon as my account is reinstated.

I have been responsive to Amazon's requests for information and have made multiple appeals, providing additional documentation and clarifications as needed.

Appeal Submission & Challenges Faced:

We have submitted an appeal that includes:

Invoices, a letter of authorization, and a letter from our supplier that confirms and validates that all invoices they have provided were original and authentic.

Despite our efforts, our appeal was rejected, and multiple attempts to escalate the case or receive direct feedback from Amazon have gone unanswered.

We understand that compliance is a seller's responsibility, and we regret any past decisions that contributed to this issue. However, we have taken every step necessary to rectify our mistakes and ensure full compliance moving forward.

Seeking Community & Amazon Support:

Has anyone else faced similar challenges?

Were you able to successfully reinstate your account, and if so, what steps were effective?

Is there anything additional we should be doing to address this situation?

We are eager to demonstrate our commitment to Amazon’s policies and selling standards and hope to find a resolution that allows us to continue operating in compliance. Any guidance, insights, or support from the Amazon team or fellow sellers would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Help! Product and Food Safety Violations.Need Advice!
by Seller_2tMHescKwGdPI

Hello,

It has been half a month. Many of our products were removed from the shelves due to Product and Food Safety Violations. We don't know what the reason is that Amazon has indicated there are security issues.

We submitted an appeal, but they replied that they would not review any documents of the product.

We contacted Seller Support, but they were helpless, saying they didn't have the authority to solve the problem and couldn't check the review process.

We currently have no idea how to resume sales. We have various test reports proving that our products are safe.

We hope this post can be seen by Amazon to help us solve the problem. Here is the Case id: 17853225391

I've spent the past several day's trying to figure out why my advertised listing are not populating in the search feed. I've gone through and checked my targeted keywords, as well as added negative keywords and phrases so my daily budget doesn't go to waste, I've gone through the static listing's as well, making sure the Title, Keywords and description are accurate. I'm still learning the whole amazon way of doing things, so if anyone has had similar experience's and learned how to make it work, i'd appreciate the feedback.

Hello

I'm reaching out for help because I'm at a loss and I'm hoping that someone has been in a similar situation or that Amazon will take notice.

Some of my battery products were taken off the shelves on May 20th. The reason was a violation of “Food and Product Safety Issues”. After I filed a complaint, Amazon refused to review any of my paperwork, citing that the products were prohibited from being sold on Amazon due to safety concerns, and simply stated that the products were prohibited.

Despite the fact that my product has the appropriate safety compliance certification documentation, Amazon continues to take down my product, and I know others in the community have experienced similar situations. Have any of you resolved similar issues? How did you get Amazon to re-evaluate? Any tips on how to get them to actually look at my evidence and get my products back on the shelves?

Case id:17854215421

Any suggestions, contacts or next steps would be appreciated.

Amazon, if you're reading this, hopefully you can offer solutions as we try to do the right thing here.

Thanks.

Ratings Without Reviews Can't be Seen
by Seller_LXhLEXcaOkeW1

I can't see how many total rating I get for each star category. I can see the quantity of rating with reviews only. For example I get a total 100 ratings of 5 stars and 20 of them is with review. Amazon writes "20 matching reviews when I filtered "5 stars" but doesn't mention the rest of 80 ratings. Is it a bug?

FBA Replenishment Restrictions
by Seller_BRN9Cp2UOWr1N

We typically try to have 9 weeks of inventory at FBA at any given time. Recently our storage capacity has been greatly reduced (like most sellers from what I understand). In addition to this, Amazon won't let us send certain skus to FBA because they are saying that we already have too many units there. Amazon doesn't know when we are going to run a sale, they don't know what we are going to do for Prime day and I greatly fear that they don't understand the seasonality of our catalog. I know that we can use AWD but we have our own warehouse so it would be like paying twice to have a warehouse send our items to FBA. Is anyone else experiencing this and is there anything we can do to get around it?

Brand registration rejected
by Seller_y6y9xRUOAN73H
Amazon replied

Hello, @Dougal_Amazon @Sandy_Amazon

I am deeply concerned about my recent Brand Registry application rejection. I received notification that my account has been locked and cannot reapply for the next 90 days. My case ID is: 17836236481

I fully understand and respect the need for Amazon to verify brand ownership and information accuracy in order to maintain the highest level of customer trust and protection. However, the current situation is having a severe negative impact on my business.

I am a seller dedicated to building a legitimate and trusted brand on the Amazon platform, but the delay in Brand Registry has deprived me of key tools and protections that are essential to business growth and customer satisfaction.

I kindly request any assistance or guidance you can provide to appeal this decision or expedite my case review. I am more than happy to provide any necessary documentation or clarification to resolve this issue and prove the authenticity and ownership of my brand.

Please let me know how I can work with you to resolve this issue. Thank you so much for your time and support.
