After some research, I’ve found that the directors behind {personal data removed, moderator edit} are the same individuals previously involved in {personal data removed, moderator edit} a company that was implicated in fraudulent activity against Royal Mail and struck off.

Based on recent observations of {personal data removed, moderator edit} operations on Amazon - including test purchases and independent analysis of their products by third-party compliance specialists - there is strong evidence to suggest they are engaging in similarly questionable practices, breaching Amazon’s policies (using reviews from products not associated with the product they are selling etc) and violating regulations enforced by external bodies such as the MHRA.

Given the seriousness of these findings, I kindly urge you to investigate this seller as a matter of urgency and take appropriate steps to remove them from the platform.

We have reported the company to Amazon through official means, but no action has been taken.

We have recently registered our brand name on amazon. Our products have a trademark printed on them. Currently, our products are listed as Generic. How can I change the listing brand name from Generic to my own trademark brand name?

We sent a cleaning fluid to a customer who happily used it all then filed in the return request. They said the item was damaged but the box/envelope was fine. Bit strange as when you ship liquids if the item is leaking the box disintegrates and the whole item is written off refunded.

Anyway the return was auto authorised and auto refunded. We received 5 litre of water in a different container with our product label peeled off and fixed to a random container....

Safe T Claim goes in and is denied reason given -

The reason behind this decision is that the item is classified as non-returnable and the reason why the buyer requested a refund is considered the seller's responsibility.

Per our policy, items that are not returned because they are classified as non-returnable in the Amazon catalogue are not eligible for reimbursement, unless the reason for the returnless refund is the buyer's responsibility.

Which is odd since Amazon auto authorised the return and then auto refunded the item!! So if its non returnable why agree the return? In fact why are we receiving returns on a daily basis?

Great to see nothing but support from Amazon for a buyer who has clearly defrauded us - but apparently according to Amazon its our own fault that their customer defrauded us via their returns process!

Another could not make it up situation - there are so many......

Is anyone else dumfounded as to why sellers/competitors are selling items but simply can't be making a profit? Whats the point? Is it their intention just to try and destroy other sellers? The only one it seems to benefit is amazon and their advertising and general fees. Or is simply just bad business sense?
