My Mexican FBM product was only delivered to the pick-up point through the postal channel, which resulted in it staying at the post office and not being delivered to the customer. Due to Mexican policy reasons, the postal service has to collect taxes and fees from customers, which further leads to customers not being able to pick up their items. Currently, there are 60 delayed orders, and the on-time delivery rate has dropped to 84%. I want to know what the consequences will be, and what should I do??

My FBA inventory dashboard appears to be off its rocker. A lot of the data is missing, things like sales over last 30 days, current on hand inventory, inbound units, etc...

We have a product in the Children's Sleepwear Category. And its's compliance document keeps getting rejected with wrong reasons. After rejections, Amazon sends various emails and states the rejection reason as the test report does not include "16 CFR Part 1615" but our test report includes it. Also, the same test report has been accepted for the other variations of this product. So we believe there is a mistake.

Or, in a separate email Amazon states that "you submitted contain conflicting information. Specifically, the product images indicate that this is a loose fitting sleepwear product, however, the test report indicates that this product is a tight fitting sleepwear product.".

BUT, the product images do not indicate that the garment is loose-fitting. Instead, product images show that the garment is snug-fitting.

We tried to appeal and rejected. We tried to resubmit many times, it rejected. In the final time, it stayed under review for 1 MONTHü and rejected with the reason "Information Missing/Partial TR standard". We really can't understand the reasons. We believe there is a mistake but we can't figure out what to do, what to update. Please help us!

Hello , I really need help , I opened seller central and for verification i joined video call . Due to language issue i have a translator with me during the interview . I provided all the details but after interview my account got deactivated .

i opened a case a provide documents like proof of ownership , passport , id , LLC registration documents bank statement each and every document to proof . But in return every time i got same email that account deactivated under section 3.

i even did not selll any thing but don't know how account can be involved in deceptive activity .

My first inventory is ready from 2 weeks please help out and let me know what documents are required to activate as its just a misunderstanding my account is not involved in any activity .

I also have my own manufacturing company here and i m doing export allover the world on a very high level .

I even submited that documents to show that im authentic supplier also and working from last 20 years .

Im surprised that they are not even telling the cause so i can solve as i have each and every relevant document to show .

i opened 20+ cases in last months but got same email .

The order has been successfully delivered. The customer did not apply for a return but for a credit card claim. I provided the logistics information of the delivery and the delivery link and pictures provided by the logistics company.

It has been over 12 days, indicating that the credit card claim is still being processed and this order has been recorded in the order defect rate.

This is too unfair to the seller.

We are very disappointed that our updated product images are not being reflected. Amazon system keeps displaying outdated or random images, mixing them up in a way that makes no sense. As a result, out of the 7 images, 3 are shown as duplicates to customers — which is incredibly frustrating.

This is our product, and we know best which photos should be displayed. Once we upload new images to the ASIN gallery, they must be updated immediately. Your interference is negatively affecting our listings and directly harming our sales.

This kind of interference by Amazon in product editing is simply absurd — how much longer must we deal with this? All our ASINs are being displayed to customers in completely inappropriate ways. Opening a case for each of the hundreds of ASINs is a massive waste of time, which we already don’t have enough of.

On top of that, these cases almost never resolve the issue, because support is often unhelpful and doesn’t understand the core of the problem.

However, since then, I have been opening a case to communicate with Amazon staff, but have not received any results It has always been said that a professional team is working on it and needs time to handle it Until now, it has not been effectively addressed.

We tried to register our brand however received negative decision.

Here's message from Amazon:

We are unable to approve your Brand Registry application because the trademark on the application either violates the intellectual property rights of others and/or is highly likely to be confused by customers for an established brand.

We are the official registered owner of the trademark, registered with the UK Intellectual Property Office under registration number since year 2000, with hundreds of our products being sold on the marketplace, also majority of sellers misusing our trademark.

On top of that we have screened marketplace and category to look for similarly branded products, however couldn't find any.

Despite trying to escalate we're receiving exactly same answer from Amazon without any intention to consider our situation and facts shared.

Need Help to Re-activavte my seller account

My seller account was recently deactivated in accordance with Section 3, due to concerns regarding the authenticity of items listed under ASINs: xxxxxxxxx.

As per Amazon’s instructions, I submitted invoices that I believe meet all their specified requirements, including: Supplier's name, contact information, website name, Manufacturer/brand owner details, Buyer name and business address, Item descriptions and quantities, Dates within the last 365 days additionally and Authorized Business Owner Digital ID Card.

Despite providing genuine and detailed documentation, my invoices have been rejected without a clear explanation. I am confident that the products I sold are authentic, and I have been transparent in my responses.

If someone you know can assist with Amazon appeals or has experience successfully resolving such issues, I would sincerely appreciate your support.
