We just realized we have 22 FBM orders charged shipping adjustments, All 22 orders used Amazon buy shipping FedEx one rate services, the highest rate quoted using Amazon buy shipping is $29.5, If adding signature, the quote is $36.65. However, later we were charged close to $300 more for the same weight and dimension package (please note, FedEx audited weight and dimension are the same as what we have entered). How ridiculous?

They charged total $2555.82 additional in shipping adjustment.

Be super careful!!! When you are lured by the high interest they offer, they are more interested in taking all your principal away, as Amazon offers no protection on this type of chargeback at all.

I got a 1 star review a few months ago. I have ever asked for help, but did not get a helpful answer.

Could you help me address it please?

The story is that a buyer sent a message to me requesting refund without return the product, or he/she will leave a 1 star review both on my listing and seller profile. I tried to understand the problem and offer help, but the buyer didnt show the detail, and persist in requesting a refound without return. I refused this requirement, and suggested he follow Amazon rule return the product then he/she will get the refound. At last the buyer left the 1 star review.

The vedio of review is not showing the problem, but vicious. The words of the review most about the product, and the part of service is untrue.

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with the "Brand Representative Benefits" section under New Seller Incentives.

The dashboard is active, I can see the "Overall summary" section with headings like "Total eligible branded sales (up to $1 million)", and the tiles for "Adopt Sponsored Products", "Adopt Vouchers", and "Adopt Amazon Vine" are all marked as active.

However, when I click on "Download list of eligible ASINs", the list is completely empty. The sales tracking bars in the "Overall summary" section are also blank.

I’ve double-checked that I meet the eligibility criteria (registered brand, enrolled ASINs, active brand activity), and support confirmed that nothing is obviously wrong, but hasn’t resolved the issue.

My case ID is 11196783692, it’s been nearly a week since the last response, and I’d appreciate any help or escalation.

I closed my account in Jan. Case : 17112810551

But am still being charged $39.99 and the customer support people are not helping properly to address the issue and refund the money. They keep saying no subscription - Case 17899304731

I'm getting frustrated and need urgent help to completely close my seller account and not charge me any fees on the credit card. I plan to dispute these charges.

Seller Support has been frustrating for a long time, but they've really stepped their game up of late. We can attempt to provide detailed information when opening a case, but it will likely get rejected due to an unknown character limit. When you try to scale it back for the specific purpose of just getting a case created and getting on the phone/email/chat with a human, they (bots) will tell you that they need more information to open a case. Then, the bots will parse specific words from your summary (out of context) and lead you down a path that has nothing to do with your specific issue.

I'm fine with character limits, so long as I know what they are. I can be precise and efficient. I'd like to see the same from Seller Support and their AI gatekeepers.

hello shipped a bunch a packages with Veeqo through DHL and now all these packages are undeliverables in Canada. Amazon nor Veeqo notified us but we got a notification from DHL. How is Amazon going to handles all of these shipping delays? Are they going to blame the seller as usual even though there is nothing we can do to prevent it? Amazon already doesn't approve A-z INR claims in Canada, so sounds like we are just going to get ruined as usual?

My listings were hijacked last August and in addition to changing the brand they added "Listing enhancements" that mention false information such as:

Unit Count 1.0 Count

Number of Items 9

How can I get this wrong information either removed or edited to the correct information? The support pages on Listing Enhancements say not all sellers have access to edit this and I do not have access.

I did report it through the new process but only the wrong brand was removed, the correct brand wasn't put back and I can't edit the listing enhacements.
