We have been dealing with a fraudulent buyer for years (and so have many other sellers here on the forums).

They purchase items then open return requests claiming the wrong item was sent.

This buyer then returns a completely different item from the item originally shipped.

We have charged them a 100% restocking fee for a materially different item being returned to us today.

I'm seeking urgent help regarding a recent account deactivation over ASIN B0DXDGCTMC for an alleged inauthentic product — even though I have never purchased, listed as available, or sold this product.

Key Details:

The ASIN was added to my inventory as “out of stock” for market research and sourcing evaluation only.

I never placed an order or sold a single unit of this item.

A distributor had initially agreed to sell it, but later told me the brand is not allowing new resellers.

I submitted proof of that conversation with the brand and distributor.

I also submitted a strong Plan of Action (POA) explaining our standard workflow:

We add products in “out of stock” mode.

We monitor pricing, sales velocity, and Buy Box rotation.

We finalize orders only once everything is confirmed.

I have valid invoices for every other item I’ve sold — just not this ASIN, because it was never purchased.

There is no customer complaint and no order history for this ASIN.

Despite explaining all of this and submitting documentation + a detailed POA, the deactivation still stands. I was about to remove the ASIN from inventory when this happened.

I believe this is a mistake that could be corrected through a manual review.

This account represents 2 years of hard work and policy compliance, and seeing it shut down over something I never sold is devastating.

I’m the founder of Remedial Pax, a skincare brand that’s been on Amazon for over 4 years. We built a solid reputation, invested in quality, and consistently maintained strong performance.

Out of nowhere, my account was banned.

It started with strange performance notifications claiming “review manipulation” — but then Amazon followed up saying it was a mistake, and later that my account was just “under review.”

Meanwhile, the account is completely deactivated, and all listings are gone. The most frustrating part? When I call Amazon support and ask what’s actually going on, they say there are no active review violations on my account. No clear explanation. Just vague references, mixed messages, and dead ends.

One moment it’s a violation.Then it’s a mistake.Then it’s “under review.” But in reality, my business is shut down.

How does that make any sense?

Has anyone dealt with something like this and actually got their account reinstated?

Would appreciate any advice, connections, or even just shared frustration.

I have paid the account balance to Amazon Payments, Inc. as required, by T/T.

However, after a month, the payment amount still has not reached my seller account.

I email merchant balance team to find my payment, but the balance team does not seem to handle my issue.

What should I do?

We have already taken over 1 month since April 29th to have our products safety compliance review. We make a new UL2054 test report for our ASIN B0FB2JYZ1G to submit for review, but still being refused with no specific reason, only saying have been rejected due to missing requirements. We contacted seller support, they can't really give useful help, we still don't know where is missed, missed what.

And since this, it's very hard to proceed, what and how to submit documents that meet your RISC team's standard.

We need RISC point out what should we do to proceed, which documents we should revise, where area we should revise or add contents. Could you help us on this, please? Thanks.
