We’re currently dealing with a frustrating issue and would really appreciate any insights from others who may have experienced something similar.
Our account was deactivated due to Inauthentic product complaints. We source our products from multiple reliable suppliers.
Here’s the issue:
For some ASINs, we submitted invoices from Supplier A and Supplier B, and Amazon accepted them.
However, for other complaints, we sent invoices from the same suppliers, but received the response: "Amazon could not verify your supplier."
We’re struggling to understand this inconsistency. If a supplier was verified and accepted in one case, why would the same supplier suddenly be unverifiable in another?
Has anyone else faced this issue? How did you resolve it?
Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
