I noticed that the seller "Shop Aegis" can make generic listings created by other owners freely, I am afraid that he is hacking amazon system.

That means he can steal money from other sellers easily.

Who do know why this seller 's account is so powerful, can bypass amazon generic error: 5886.

He is definitely violating " amazon generic listing" .....

I own my brand, have my own bar codes, and am the only seller on Amazon. My products don't require labeling and I've never had Amazon add labels.

A few weeks ago, Amazon shut off my listing due to high return rates for shipping the incorrect product. It turns out that an Amazon employee put labels on my Product A for a completely different product, Product B. That means that Product A got stored as Product B so when a customer ordered Product B, they were actually shipped Product A.

I've now got dozens of returns with multiple labels on them and my return rate is damaged.

I opened a case and Amazon claims everything is just fine. I opened another case am asking how I will be compensated for the damaged and returned goods and they just keep saying they've sent it to the appropriate team, blah, blah, blah. There's been no resolution so I'm hoping an Amazon rep can help me out - please tag one if you know one. Case ID 17718849951.

Customer Feedback: not ansvering

The messages are being responded to by Amazon Customer Service, so this feedback is entirely related to Amazon’s service. We kindly ask you to remove the feedback immediately. I have tried to get in touch multiple times before, but nothing has changed.

According to Amazon’s policies, our messages are reviewed and controlled by CSBA, which means this negative feedback should be removed. When I try to contact an associate through the case log, I encounter an error message. After that, I am redirected to pages in unfamiliar languages, and I am unable to get in touch with an associate. Please remove the feedback as soon as possible!

Currently, Amazon is winning the Buy Box on one of our ASINs, despite being out of stock. The messaging in the Buy Box reads:

"Temporarily out of stock. We are working hard to be back in stock. Place your order and we’ll email you when we have an estimated delivery date. You won’t be charged until the item ships."

Additionally, Amazon is not adhering to our MAP policy on this listing.

This raises two concerns:

Buy Box Eligibility – Why is Amazon allowed to remain the Featured Offer while out of stock, when third-party sellers in the same situation are not?

Offer Suppression – There are currently six other sellers on the listing, and it seems unlikely that none meet the criteria to be featured.

I’ve been selling on Amazon since 2013 — more than 13 years of serving customers with care, integrity, and pride.

I’ve never had a serious policy violation. I’ve never scammed, manipulated, or cheated. I’ve built my small business here with love. I’ve responded to every customer. I’ve fulfilled every order. I’ve earned 1,867 feedbacks, with 89% positive.

Now, I’ve been shut out of the business I built for what Amazon calls a “Code of Conduct” violation — something I never intended and acted immediately to correct.

What happened?

I listed USPS stamps I purchased from Costco. I packaged them in a jewelry box with my brand name. At the time, I genuinely believed this was allowed — it was done to make a giftable bundle, not to deceive anyone. I had no idea that this would fall under “brand abuse.”

When Amazon updated its bundling and branding policies in October 2024, I immediately deleted every listing before the change even took effect.

My last order was fulfilled on October 3, 2024. I removed everything. I didn’t argue. I didn’t fight. I just did what I thought was right.

But after all this — even after deleting everything, changing direction, submitting a new trademark, showing all receipts and history — I keep getting the same cold copy-paste response:

"We don’t have enough information.”

I gave everything.

I wrote a detailed Plan of Action.

I submitted Costco receipts, photos of packaging, my 13-year account history, proof of deleted listings, proof of new product line that is 100% compliant.

And still — nothing. No human words. No recognition that this isn’t just a store. It’s my life.

Please Help Me to Get a Chance

I’m not a bad actor. I’m not trying to game the system. I’ve done everything Amazon asked. I’ve been here since 2013. I’ve put my heart into this store. And now I’m being treated like I don’t deserve to be here anymore.

I’m begging — not as a business, but as a person — please, someone at Amazon, look at my case. Just once. Like a person would. Please read my appeal. Please read my history. Please understand that I made a mistake, corrected it, and now I want to move forward the right way.

All I want is for someone to see me — not as a seller ID — but as a person who gave 13 years to this platform with honesty and respect.
