I have a moisturizer listed and the bot has flagged my face cream as an “FDA banned consumable” .

I’m guessing that it’s due to the peptides it has in it. There are thousands of face moisturizer listings with same or similar ingredients…Why did they suddenly flag mine ?obviously it is not a consumable. Clearly the listing states that it is a face moisturizer.

I tried to go into my account health but can’t even do that because of an issue with my bank card. I owe a balance which I’m going to pay. I have spent thousands of dollars I hope they don’t dispose my stranded inventory. If I can’t pay my balance in time. Amazon does not allow you to fix inventory or account health on the dashboard unless you fix the credit card issue. I feel like my inventory is being held hostage. It’s a shame after so much time and money spent .

On March 14, 2025, we shipped a carton to SCK8, containing 10 items. Each item weighs approximately 1.6 kg, and the total weight of the carton is 20 kg. The FEDEX system shows that the carton was delivered to the Amazon warehouse on April 11, 2025.

On May 25, 2025, we initiated an investigation. The customer service representative informed us that only 3 items from the carton were received, and these 3 items were lost and would be compensated for. However, Amazon does not acknowledge the remaining 7 items.

My FEDEX proof of delivery clearly indicates that the carton weighed 20 kg. I can provide all supporting documentation. I’ve been trying to ask Amazon: if you did not receive the shipment, why would you compensate for 3 items? If you did receive the shipment, then considering these 3 items only weigh 6 kg, where did the remaining 14 kg of goods go?

We have a few SKU's that AHT has decided to show a longer handling time than most. Is it possible to turn AHT off on specific SKU's? We'd like to manually set handling time on these longer AHT listed handling time but don't want to lose OTDR protection on everything.

If that's not possible, does anyone know if you can reset the AHT estimates in any way?

I am new to amazon registry and seller central. I recently added my first three products, these are all products I have exclusively developed under my brand and will not be sold by anyone other than my brand. I plan to sell utilizing FBA. I have a UPC and when I originally set up these three items I selected manufacturer barcode instead on amazon, however after getting more up to speed on the process I want to use the FNSKU for these three FBA products. After doing some research I learned the only way to make this update was to change my default setting from manufacturer barcode to amazon barcode and to create new product listings for each of the three items which I have done. Since doing this I have ran into some issues that I could use some help in resolving.

When I go into manage inventory and attempt to edit my listings I am now given the error code "You need approval to list this ASIN."

When I go into manage FBA nvgentory and attempt to edit my listings I am now given the error code "Sorry, the SKU you have provided doesn't match any of our records."

In a few days I will need to send to FBA and coordinate the shipment, so I am hoping this can be resolved swiftly. Hoping you are able to help and appreciate you guidance!
