A customer left us negative feedback and their comment is "Just Samples" the thing is with the order they placed it was for exactly that samples I requested removal via case ID 11163328802 but they haven't removed it.

There would be no way we would be selling packs of acoustic panels for 99 pence the customer received what they had ordered.

Can someone please help us in getting this feedback removed please.

Hi,

Our most recent bank statement was rejected during KYC verification, even though we followed every single guideline — including format, matching address, recent date, and official bank logo.

This is holding up our payments for over a month now, and we urgently need help. We've submitted multiple times and still haven’t received a clear reason for rejection. Each time we submit, we get feedback on another document after a week which has dragged this out so long

Can a moderator or support team please escalate this? We're running out of options.

Cease all further attempts to charge my bank card immediately.

Reactivate my seller account with immediate effect.

Please investigate this matter thoroughly and confirm the cessation of these unauthorized charges and the reactivation of my account.

Hi all,

Looking for advice after Amazon upheld an A-to-Z claim on an order we definitely delivered.

Order ID: 205-8157695-5685131

Courier: DX Freight | Tracking: L3940815

Customer claimed non-receipt. DX tracking wrongly shows 0 of 5 items delivered, but we have:

Signature from customer (CUSTOMERS NAME)

Photo showing parcel at the correct address (CUSTOMERS BUSINESS)

GPS confirming delivery at the right location (CORRECT GPS)

DX email confirming the delivery was signed for and that they cannot update tracking once signed

Amazon still ruled in the customer’s favour, likely just going off the tracking status.

We’ve appealed with all evidence but don’t expect much. Has anyone had success pushing back when there’s clear proof of delivery but incorrect tracking?

Any tips appreciated – it’s frustrating losing out when we’ve done everything right.

Is anyone else dumfounded as to why sellers/competitors are selling items but simply can't be making a profit? Whats the point? Is it their intention just to try and destroy other sellers? The only one it seems to benefit is amazon and their advertising and general fees. Or is simply just bad business sense?
